Elite Escapes is seeking an Event Destination Sales Specialist to transform clients' travel visions into unforgettable group experiences. This remote role emphasizes sales, travel research, and building lasting client relationships for weddings, corporate retreats, and luxury getaways.

You'll handle leads, discovery calls, and end-to-end processing with suppliers and internal teams, while delivering outstanding service across channels and ensuring seamless event execution.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, event planning, or travel is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional tone.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and travel booking platforms.
• Interest in travel and luxury group travel.

Mansioni

• Generate and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, and events.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client preferences and budgets.
• Guide clients through booking with professionalism and confidence.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track sales activity, proposals, payments, and deadlines in CRM.
• Coordinate travel logistics such as accommodations and transfers.
• Identify upsell opportunities like excursions and extensions.
