Job summary

Unique Escapes is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Event Destination Specialist to help clients plan unforgettable group travel, destination celebrations, corporate retreats, incentive trips, and special events. This remote role leverages your sales, research, and client-relations strengths to turn visions into organized experiences.

You will guide clients from inquiry to booking, propose destinations and options, and provide outstanding follow-up throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate and manage sales leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional tone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, and events.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand destination preferences, goals, budget, and dates.
• Research destinations, resorts, venues, cruises, excursions, and packages.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, itineraries, room-block summaries, and reservation details.
• Present options clearly, highlighting value and experiences.
• Guide clients through decision-making and booking with professionalism.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track leads, proposals, payments, and CRM records.
• Coordinate travel logistics for group travel and events.
• Follow up to move opportunities forward and close bookings.
