Qualifications

• Strong sales, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional tone.
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, clients and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable using CRM, email tools, calendars, spreadsheets, and web-based travel/booking platforms.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Self-motivated and coachable, follows a sales process while building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, corporate events, and incentives.
• Conduct discovery conversations to capture destination preferences, goals, budget, dates, groupsize, and expectations.
• Research destinations, venues, and travel packages that fit client needs.
• Prepare travel quotes, proposals, itineraries, and booking details.
• Present options clearly, highlighting value and inclusions.
• Guide clients through decision-making and booking with professionalism.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track leads, proposals, payments, deposits, and deadlines in the CRM.
• Coordinate group travel logistics and post-event arrangements.
• Follow up to move opportunities forward and close bookings.
