Job summary

Unique Escapes is seeking a motivated Event Destination Specialist to help clients plan unforgettable group travel, destination celebrations, corporate retreats, incentive trips, and special events. This remote role focuses on sales, travel research, building client relationships, and turning a client’s vision into a well-organized travel experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate and follow up on leads for destination travel and events.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with a professional tone.
• Strong relationship-building skills to nurture client partnerships.
• Great organizational skills to manage multiple leads and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, and corporate events.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client preferences, goals, budget, and dates.
• Research destinations, venues, and travel packages aligned with client needs.
• Prepare professional quotes, itineraries, and booking details.
• Present options clearly, highlighting value and experiences.
• Guide clients through decision making and booking with professionalism.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track sales activity, proposals, payments, and deadlines in the CRM.
• Coordinate travel logistics including group accommodations and transfers.
• Follow up to close bookings and ensure client satisfaction.
