Qualifications

• One year of experience troubleshooting or working with Windows computers.
• Knowledge of basic network protocols.
• Experience supporting a network; customer service experience preferred.
• Associates or IT certifications preferred.
• Proven customer support experience.

Responsabilités

• Deploy new workstations and provide on-site support at client sites.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and educate users on technology.
• Document and create detailed notes for future troubleshooting.
• Assist in managing PC deployment projects.
