Job summary

Mainstay Technologies in Manchester, NH seeks a Desktop Technician to join a team that deploys new workstations, provides on-site support, troubleshoots basic issues, and delivers high-quality service to clients.

You will install Windows PCs with applications and data, educate users, document setup steps, manage time to meet schedules, and collaborate with the team to keep client environments running smoothly.

Qualifications

• One year of experience troubleshooting or working with Windows computers.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic network protocols.
• Proven customer support experience.
• Formal Education- Associates or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy new Windows computers with applications and data at client sites.
• Set up client peripherals and educate users on technology.
• Transfer data and set up applications with high accuracy.
• Assist in managing PC deployment projects of varying complexity.
• Document detailed notes to assist with future troubleshooting.
• Handle onsite client issues promptly in collaboration with the team.
