The Account Manager II, Desk Based, drives new customer acquisition and revenue growth from a remote base, using consultative selling and Salesforce to manage opportunities.

You will build opportunities, qualify needs, and deliver solutions that create business value while maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of technology sales experience.
• Experience developing new business opportunities.
• Desk-based, inside or outside sales experience.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage accounts in the assigned territory.
• Deliver strong value propositions via consultative selling.
• Navigate calls, emails, social media and campaigns to qualify opportunities.
• Prepare meetings and develop account plans and quotes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
