Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Designer to create detailed OSP designs for fiber and copper networks, including GPON deployments. You will partner with the engineering team to produce constructible designs and support construction through field checks and quotes.

The role blends office CAD work with field activities, requiring collaboration across teams and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• College, Trade or Technical Diploma required.
• Experience with AutoCAD and OSP telecom design.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Design fiber optic and copper OSP networks for FTTH and commercial projects.
• Create system designs, BOMs, and construction quotes.
• Perform field checks and site walks for data collection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams under Design Manager guidance.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment and support construction staff.
