Ledcor Group is seeking a Designer to perform detailed OSP and fiber network designs for telecom projects. You will collaborate with engineering to produce constructible GPON designs using AutoCAD, with field support for safety and quality.

The role blends office work with site visits and moves toward a Florence, KY-based in-office presence as the new location opens. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in OSP telecom and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Google Earth, Bluebeam, and Adobe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in OSP telecommunications or related field using AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Google Earth, Bluebeam and Adobe.
• GIS is a plus; strong organizational and planning skills; ability to read and interpret construction documents.

Responsabilités

• Design fiber optic and copper OSP networks for FTTH and commercial deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create constructible GPON network designs.
• Work with power company to route power and develop one-line schematics.
• Manage growth and sustainment of existing networks, including relocations and infrastructure changes.
• Perform quality control, field checks, and interpret OSP records.
• Create system designs, BOMs, and provide construction quotes.
• Conduct site walks for data collection and cross-functional collaboration.
