Scale Media, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Junior Project Coordinator to support design and software development teams in a fully remote, part-time role (20 hours/week, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM PT, Mon–Fri).

You will manage weekly sprints, track tickets, and maintain Wrike workspaces while collaborating with designers, developers, and project managers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years administrative experience.
• Hands-on experience with a project management tool such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Polished, professional written communication, especially in Slack and project management tools.
• Proven habit of following up independently and meeting deadlines.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritize the Design team’s weekly sprint using established guidelines.
• Check in with each designer at the end of every week to confirm status.
• Lead a weekly call with brand project managers to review sprint priorities.
• Follow up with ticket stakeholders when work is blocked by reviews or missing information.
• Schedule touch-base calls at sprint start for detailed alignment beyond the brief.
• Escalate to manager when a critical item is at risk or inactive for 3–4 days.
• Provide follow-up and escalation support for Software Development tickets.
• Assign daily quick-turn tickets to two designers and ensure details are adequate.
• Help project managers build out new key projects in Wrike, including tasks and timelines.
• Keep Wrike accurate by updating statuses and cleaning duplicates.
• Review new requests for missing information and request clarifications.
• Clean up monthly ticket data for productivity reporting and verify dashboards.
• Draft routine internal updates and announcements.
