Job summary

Scale Media is seeking a highly organized Junior Project Coordinator to keep our creative and development teams moving. You’ll own weekly sprint planning for design, track tickets, and maintain Wrike accuracy while supporting design and software teams in a fully remote environment.

This entry‑level role offers 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific, reporting to the Project Manager. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with cross‑functional collaboration and sprint processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of administrative experience.
• Hands‑on experience with a project management tool such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp or Trello.
• Polished, professional written communication, especially in Slack and project management tools.
• Proven habit of following up independently and meeting deadlines.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design Sprint Planning & Prioritization: Build and prioritize the Design team’s weekly sprint.
• Stakeholder Follow‑Up & Blocker Management: Follow up with ticket stakeholders and escalate blockers.
• Daily Ticket Assignment: Assign daily quick‑turn tickets and ensure details are present.
• Project Manager Support: Help project managers build out new key projects in Wrike.
• Wrike Maintenance & Data Quality: Update statuses and clean up stale items in Wrike.
• Reporting & Data Cleanup: Clean up monthly ticket data and review dashboards.
