Job summary

Scale Media, Inc. is hiring a highly organized Junior Project Coordinator to support design and software development teammates. You will own weekly sprint planning, monitor tickets, and keep Wrike up to date while collaborating cross-functionally in a fully remote environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently during Pacific hours. The role offers 20 hours per week, with opportunities to grow within the team and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an admin internship, or 1–2 years of administrative experience.
• Hands-on experience with a PM tool (Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp or Trello).
• Polished written communication, especially in Slack and PM tools.
• Proven habit of following up independently and meeting deadlines.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize the Design team's weekly sprint.
• Follow up with stakeholders to unblock work and gather details.
• Assign daily quick-turn tickets to designers per SOP.
• Support Project Managers by building tasks, timelines, and assignees in Wrike.
• Maintain Wrike data quality and organize statuses and fields.
• Draft routine internal updates and verify dashboards and status updates.
