Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years pharma/health/SCI experience.
• Proven sales success and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrix environment.
• English proficiency and HCIR credentialing requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and pre-employment drug screen clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and brand KPIs to meet or exceed targets.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and evaluate post-call outcomes.
• Build trusted customer relationships and address customer needs for win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute call plans to optimize coverage and access with key accounts.
• Share market intelligence to align brand strategy and field execution.
