Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and brand KPIs across dermatology products in the assigned territory.
• Develop pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers to maximize patient access and outcomes.
• Create and execute call plans to optimize coverage and frequency with key accounts.
• Share market intelligence with brand and field teams to adapt strategies as needed.
• Identify disease state experts and speakers to support brand initiatives.
