Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to drive brand strategy and sales performance across the Eastern North Carolina region, including Greenville, Fayetteville, and Wilmington.

You will build trusted relationships with health providers, execute plans to optimize territory coverage, and collaborate with in-field teams to maximize patient access and outcomes. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in pharma sales are preferred, with HCIR credentials to be maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in pharma or health sciences.
• 5+ years total experience with 3+ years in pharma sales preferred.
• Proven track record in selling and presenting to health providers.
• Ability to navigate matrix organization and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and brand KPIs to meet targets.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and evaluate post-call results.
• Develop relationships with health providers and key accounts.
• Plan calls to maximize access and frequency with customers.
• Share market insights with brand and field teams to adjust strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and identify disease state experts.
