Job summary

AbbVie in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Specialty Representative in Dermatology to execute brand strategy, drive sales, and expand access within a defined geography. Candidates should bring a bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business, plus substantial pharma sales experience and proven presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least five years in pharma/health/science industry preferred; HS diploma accepted with experience.
• Proven sales success and strong presentation skills.
• Able to influence peers and work in a matrix environment.
• HCIR credentialing requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. in order to meet or exceed on those objectives.
• Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation to improve sales performance.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and identify win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategy.
