You will execute brand strategy, achieve sales KPIs, and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare providers, while maintaining AbbVie’s compliance standards and credentialing requirements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in pharma sales (3+ in the field preferred),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or equivalent industry experience required.
• At least five years in pharma/health/science sales with three+ years in the industry preferred.
• Proven track record in selling, strong presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain HCIR credentialing and pass required checks for locations in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed targets.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and handle objections to close calls.
• Build trusted customer relationships and solve customer needs.
• Develop call plans to optimize coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategy.
