Takeda is seeking a Specialty Business Manager in Dermatology to educate healthcare providers and drive demand across dermatology accounts. You will develop and deliver clinical value propositions, support education programs, and manage relationships with physicians, clinics, and hospital accounts within the assigned geography.

The role requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and knowledge of managed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree – BA/BS required.
• 3+ years of successful selling in pharma/biotech/medical devices or 2+ years at Takeda.
• Dermatology calling experience preferred.
• Strong business and strategic planning skills; adapting to market conditions.

Responsabilités

• Educate HCPs and drive demand in Dermatology accounts.
• Deliver clinical value proposition and troubleshoot reimbursement issues.
• Meet sales goals by delivering product volume and KPI metrics.
• Develop relationships with decision makers in clinics, hospitals, and practices.
• Execute local marketing strategies and share insights with the team.
