Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Specialty Business Manager for Dermatology to drive demand, educate healthcare providers, and manage assigned territory accounts. The role emphasizes clinical value delivery, strategic planning, and collaboration with hospitals, clinics, and offices.

The SBM will lead local marketing efforts, coordinate education programs, and build relationships with key decision makers to support patient outcomes and product adoption in Dermatology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree – BA/BS.
• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical or industry experience.
• Experience calling on Dermatologists/Dermatology preferred.
• Demonstrated business and strategic planning skills.
• Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and success working in teams.
• Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Support account on-boarding through education.
• Engage in clinical selling activities and deliver the clinical value proposition.
• Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
• Coordinate and support clinical education opportunities for HCPs.
• Conduct account management within Dermatology practices and clinics.
• Achieve sales goals by delivering product volume and other metrics in the territory.
• Develop relationships with decision makers to support safe and effective product use.
• Develop and deliver targeted sales messages based on approved materials.
• Execute local marketing strategies and share insights to improve results.
• Present complex clinical and business information to dermatology professionals.
• Develop medical education opportunities and sponsor programs for professionals.
