Takeda is seeking a Specialty Business Manager for the Dermatology portfolio in the United States. The SBM will educate healthcare providers, support clinical and patient access education, and drive product adoption across physicians, clinics, and hospital accounts within Dermatology.

The role emphasizes developing and applying business processes that benefit patients, achieving sales goals, and upholding Takeda's patient-first values while complying with policies and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices; or 2+ years at Takeda.
• Dermatology selling or Dermatology account experience preferred.
• Strong business, strategic planning and communication skills.
• Understanding of managed care and reimbursement landscape.
• Willingness to reside in or near the assigned geography.

Responsabilités

• Educate HCPs and on-board accounts through education.
• Deliver clinical value proposition and drive brand education.
• Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
• Coordinate clinical education opportunities for HCPs and programs.
• Conduct account management activities in Dermatology practices and clinics.
• Meet sales goals by delivering product volume and key metrics in the territory.
• Build relationships with decision makers in healthcare systems and practices.
