Job summary

Organon LLC is seeking a District Business Manager for Dermatology to lead and develop the district’s Sales Representatives, ensuring ethical, compliant execution of strategic plans and achievement of sales objectives.

You will recruit, coach, and retain talent while collaborating with HR, Marketing, and Finance to optimize performance, drive revenue, and maintain strong relationships with HCPs across the Ohio Valley markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education a plus.
• Minimum seven years of pharma/biopharma experience with three years of sales leadership.
• Dermatology market experience strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership in hiring, coaching, retaining and promoting talent.
• Travel ability and willingness for extensive travel.
• Strong integrity and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and measure strategic business plans to meet sales objectives.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through direct management of sales reps.
• Conduct face-to-face customer sales calls four days per week.
• Plan district sales meetings and evaluate performance.
• Recruit, select, and train top-performing sales reps.
• Coach and develop career plans for district reps.
• Analyze sales data, performance, and trends.
• Develop strategies to create product demand and revenue.
• Monitor competitor activities and report to home office.
• Build strong relationships with key HCPs.
