Job summary

Organon, a global healthcare company, seeks a District Business Manager (Dermatology) to hire, lead and grow a Dermatology Sales team across the US district. You will drive sales strategy, ensure ethical practices, and collaborate with HR, Marketing and Finance to meet forecasted product goals.

Required seven years in pharma/biopharma with three years in leadership, with dermatology experience preferred. The role involves significant travel and a focus on talent development and compliance.

Qualifications

• Seven years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales with leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams in dermatology or related fields.
• Proven track record of hiring, coaching and promoting high performers.
• Strong integrity and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and measure district business plans to meet sales goals.
• Meet/exceed sales objectives through direct management of reps and updates to leaders.
• Lead face-to-face calls with customers four days per week on average.
• Plan district meetings, evaluate reps and participate in company events.
• Recruit, train and coach top-performing sales reps; monitor metrics.
• Travel extensively to manage and support district performance.
