Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of program operations management experience in international, dispersed environments.
• Five years in HR management, worksite/assignment tracking, financial management, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR duties and daily operations of the contract.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to fulfill worldwide assignment requests and manage travel logistics.
• Ensure efficient procedures and quality service delivery to eligible participants.
