Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the MFLC contract supporting veterans and military families.

This role oversees daily contract operations, HR duties, and logistics coordination across sites, ensuring timely completion of assignment requests and high-quality service delivery. The OM will manage program operations in a globally dispersed, dynamic environment, requiring strong stakeholder communications, budget oversight, and SLA management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in business administration, project management, and/or similar field.
  • At least five years of experience managing program operations for an international, globally dynamic, geographically dispersed program.
  • At least five years of experience with human resource management, worksite/assignment tracking, financial management, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the human resources duties and manage the daily operations of the contract.
  • Ensure government worldwide assignment requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate work assignment logistics and travel with applicable stakeholders' POCs per worksite.
  • Ensure efficient operational procedures and processes to enable successful contract execution and quality of services.

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001/20000/27001 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 38 years' experience in the Federal, Military, and Commercial Marketplaces. SRI is seeking committed and passionate Operations Manager (OM) to provide critical services to Veterans.

Overview:

The purpose of the MFLC Program is to provide confidential counseling, consultation, outreach, and program management services that support the readiness, resilience, and well-being of eligible military service members, their families, and survivors. Through a proactive and embedded service delivery model, licensed counselors will provide accessible preventative support that help eligible military service members and their families address the unique challenges associated with military life. These services are intended to reduce barriers to seeking counseling, promote early problem resolution, and strengthen the overall resilience of the military community. The MFLC Program currently deploys more than 2,500 licensed counselors to military installations throughout the United States (U.S.) and in more than 25 foreign countries.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the human resources duties and manage the daily operations of the contract
  • Ensure that Government worldwide assignment requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Ensure execution of all work assignment logistics and travel, to meet assignments, are completed and coordinated with the applicable stakeholders' POCs per worksite
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operational procedures and processes to enable successful contract execution, as well as quality of services delivery to eligible participants.
Required Education, Skills & Abilities:
  • A bachelor's degree, at a minimum, from an accredited university or college in business administration, project management, and/or similar academic profession.
  • At least five years of experience managing program operations for an international,globally dynamic, geographically dispersed, rapidly changing, and diverse program environment.
  • At least five years of experience with human resource management and worksite/assignmenttracking, financial management, and stakeholder communications.
Desired qualifications:
  • At least two years' experience managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) under an incentive based contract.
  • At least two years' experience supporting military organizations.
