Job summary

Serco is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to oversee the Military and Family Life Counseling program. You will support the Program Manager, lead day-to-day operations, manage staffing and performance, and coordinate with Government interfaces across multiple locations.

The role requires a DoW Secret clearance, strong program management experience, and effective communication with senior stakeholders. Travel up to 25% within the footprint may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in program/project management for large distributed contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to brief senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management for MFLC program performance.
• Interface with Government for performance, staffing, risk, and deliverables.
• Lead staffing, credentialing, onboarding, and continuity of services.
