Job summary

Team Carney is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to oversee daily operational execution across enterprise learning programs supporting the FDA. This remote role requires periodic on-site presence in Silver Spring, MD and a current or obtainable Public Trust clearance.

You will partner with the Program Manager to ensure seamless coordination, staffing rosters, LMS scheduling, and cross-functional workflows, stepping in as needed to maintain continuity of operations across all

Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience in federal program or operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, public administration, or related field.
• Strong expertise in workflow coordination, schedule monitoring, risk tracking, subcontractor oversight, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with federal government representatives and cross-functional project teams.
• Experience implementing SOPs, tracking training intake metrics, and supporting monthly status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations with the Program Manager to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee training intake tracking, LMS scheduling, staffing rosters, and cross-functional team workflows.
• Serve as the secondary point of contact for government stakeholders and preserve continuity of operations.
