TRM Labs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to support government and law enforcement customers, helping translate blockchain intelligence into faster cases and actionable insights. You will own onboarding and investigator training, and act as the customer’s primary partner as deals close and value is realized.

You will work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and TRM Academy to collect feedback, improve deployments, and guide customers through onboarding, training, and expansion opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years in public sector work, ideally in law enforcement, financial crime, or related investigative capacity.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain analysis and virtual currencies in an investigative context.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with a workflow you built or automated and the outcome it drove for your team.
• Ability to use AI tools to scale a growing book of business while knowing when a real human response is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of law enforcement customers, translating TRM’s platform into faster, stronger cases against money laundering, fraud, and sanctions evasion.
• Build and deliver product onboarding training and broader blockchain/investigative training for customers, expanding TRM’s instructor cadre.
• Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and TRM Academy to support renewals and expansions.
