Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Deployment Strategist for the public sector, focusing on law enforcement and financial crime investigations. You will translate TRM's blockchain intelligence platform into faster, stronger cases and deliver hands-on onboarding and training to investigators across agencies.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and TRM Academy to ensure customer needs shape product developments, while maintaining a mission-driven approach and high responsiveness to incidents

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public sector work experience, ideally in law enforcement, financial crime, or related investigative capacity.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain analysis and virtual currencies in an investigative context.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with measurable impact beyond simple summaries.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor for law enforcement customers to translate TRM's platform into stronger cases.
• Build and deliver onboarding and blockchain/investigative training for customers.
• Relay investigator pain points to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
