Job summary

Code Metal, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Strategist to work with engineers, product, and growth teams to deploy software for government customers. You will synthesize complex user needs into actionable product requirements and help scale implementations.

The role requires immersion into customer workflows, building bespoke solutions, and leading training to maximize product adoption and impact across partner operations. Travel and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Go onsite with end users to understand their critical questions and locate their biggest pain points.
• Identify features through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them.
• Embed with Engineering and Product teams to incorporate field insights into Code Metal product offerings.
• Work with the customer to build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
• Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and is widely adopted.
• Become our customers' trusted teammate, drive adoption, and keep customers happy.
• Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
• Scope out potential engagements with new customer groups, advocates, growth opportunities, and fallout funds.
