Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Deployment Strategist for the Public Sector to partner with state, local, campus, and federal investigators, translating TRM’s blockchain intelligence platform into faster, stronger cases.

You’ll onboard customers, deliver training, and feed investigator insights back to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap. This remote role includes regular cross‑functional collaboration, weekly syncs, and travel within the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public sector work, ideally in law enforcement, financial crime, or related investigative capacity.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain analysis and virtual currencies in an investigative context.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with an example of an AI-assisted workflow and measurable impact.
• Ability to use AI tools to scale a growing book of business while preserving human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of law enforcement customers, translating TRM’s platform into faster, stronger cases.
• Build and deliver product onboarding and blockchain/investigative training for customers.
• Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
