TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Deployment Strategist for the North America private sector to own a portfolio of strategic accounts, validate success metrics, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion as their trusted advisor. You will use AI tools to draft plans, briefs, and health signals, build reusable workflows, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to align the roadmap with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in crypto businesses, financial institutions, or fintechs (compliance, investigations, or customer-facing functions) using AI tools.
• Hands-on financial crime, AML, sanctions, or investigations experience.
• Track record of owning senior stakeholder relationships and driving retention and expansion with AI-assisted planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of TRM's North America private-sector accounts and drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Use AI to draft 30/60/90-day success plans and perform health triage across your book.
• Defend GRR and surface expansion opportunities as CSQLs with Account Directors to grow NRR.
• Create AI-assisted briefs, decks, and follow-ups to shorten QBR prep and communication cycles.
• Build reusable AI prompts, templates, and workflows adopted by other Strategists.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform Product and Engineering roadmaps.
