Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a Deployment Strategist for the North America private sector. This remote, async-friendly role owns strategic accounts and uses AI to turn calls into actionable 30/60/90‑day plans, with NA hours overlap. You will defend revenue, identify expansion signals, and craft executive briefs with AI.

You’ll monitor health signals daily, build reusable AI workflows, and translate customer feedback into product insights that guide roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in crypto businesses, financial institutions, or fintechs with AI usage.
• Hands-on financial crime, AML, sanctions, or investigations experience.
• Track record of owning senior stakeholder relationships and driving retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of North America private-sector accounts; use AI to craft 30/60/90-day plans.
• Defend GRR, surface expansion opportunities as CSQLs with Account Directors.
• Draft briefs and follow-ups with AI; refine with judgment.
• Triage customer health and usage signals daily.
• Build reusable AI prompts, templates, and workflows.
• Synthesize customer feedback to shape Product and Engineering roadmap.
