Fortra seeks a Project Manager to lead customer deployments of Fortra products and services, guiding a team of consultants through the full deployment lifecycle. You’ll translate customer objectives into actionable project plans and manage requirements to deliver successful outcomes.

Key duties include coordinating multiple deployments (≈20), defining scope and goals, maintaining project controls, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Similar Work Experience is required.
• Formal Project Management qualification such as PMP / Prince 2 / APM / ITIL Transition is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years leading multi-phased projects, ideally transitioning customers to service in a matrix environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service/facing industries.
• Proven experience managing complex, dynamic, fast-paced projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage ~20 deployment projects with varying scope simultaneously and effectively.
• Define project scope and goals with customers and build detailed project plans.
• Take full responsibility for project goals and proactively manage delivery for on-time, high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and external teams of consultants to achieve project goals.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders via quality reporting.
