Job summary

Fortra in Atlanta offers a consultative Project Manager role that guides customers and teams through deployment lifecycles. You will leverage your knowledge of Fortra products to align customer objectives with project activities, manage requirements, and drive successful deployments.

The role requires 2+ years of leading multi-phased projects and a background in customer service. A PMP/Prince2/APM/ITIL qualification is preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Similar Work Experience is required.
• Formal Project Management qualification such as PMP / Prince 2 / APM / ITIL Transition preferred.
• 2+ years leading multi-phased projects in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage ~20 deployment projects with varying scope simultaneously.
• Define project scope and goals with customers and build detailed plans.
• Ensure on-time deployment with high quality for customer and Fortra.
• Coordinate internal and external consultant teams to meet goals.
• Communicate project progress via multiple channels including quality reporting.
• Build strong customer relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain rigorous project control of scope, risks, and schedule.
