Job summary

Astreya in the United States is seeking a Deployment Enablment Manager to own day-to-day program management for a next-generation network infrastructure program. This hands-on role coordinates vendor and cross-functional communications, builds schedules, standups, and program mechanisms from scratch, and drives completion of commitments.

You will run the program cadence, manage risk, maintain dashboards, and report to leadership weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience (8+ years in network deployment).
• Experience managing programs in large scale network deployments and with MSPs/field ops.
• Strong vendor relationships and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management from initiation to completion.
• Drive cadence: core team syncs, vendor syncs, leadership updates.
• Own RAID trackers, schedules, risk mitigation, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with optical, deployment, and data center teams for site readiness.
• Provide executive-level status updates and drive issue resolution.
