Job summary

Astreya is seeking a New Build Deployment Enablement Manager to coordinate data center network deployments across multiple sites from cable start to Production Ready. You will lead cross-functional teams, track milestones, and drive accountability to meet aggressive schedules.

Requires 5–8 years in data center project management, experience with large-scale deployments, and travel 25-40%. This is a full-time on-site role in Colorado Springs, offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, or CSM preferred.
• Experience with data center construction phases (foundation, cable start, TFO, turn-up).
• Willingness to travel 25–40%.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain deployment milestones from Cable Ready to Production Ready.
• Lead or co-lead New Build coordination calls.
• Bridge between Construction, Deployment Engineers, Connectivity Engineers, and support teams.
• Escalate schedule blockers and drive accountability with leadership.
• Contribute to template standardization and lessons-learned reviews.
