Job summary

Astreya is seeking a senior DNE Deployment Enablement Manager to lead end-to-end data center fabric deployment programs. This role emphasizes clarity, sequencing, and cross-functional coordination, delivering fleet-scale outcomes without direct authority.

The successful candidate will own portfolio strategy, readiness gates, and executive communications across multiple sites, ensuring on-time, safe delivery of approved designs and priorities. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program or portfolio management experience in data centers or large-scale infra.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site deployments from intake to handoff.
• Experience building roadmaps, schedules, readiness gates, dependency models, risk registers, and measurable delivery commitments.
• Ability to drive decisions, accountability, and conflict resolution across teams without direct authority.
• US-based with ability to travel up to 15% for site visits and deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio strategy and roadmaps across DNE deployments and portfolio priorities.
• Translate priorities into an executable deployment portfolio with scope, milestones, sequencing, and dates.
• Validate that required execution artifacts are complete before commitment.
• Confirm site readiness requirements and ownership.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery from intake through closeout, including milestones and handoffs.
• Develop integrated schedules across engineering, delivery, construction, logistics, and operations.
• Coordinate kickoff calls, reviews, and escalation paths with clear owners and due dates.
• Drive stage-gate completion and ensure qualified handoffs to downstream teams.
