Job summary

Astreya is seeking a New Build Deployment Enablement Manager to coordinate deployment across multiple data center sites from start to Production Ready. This role acts as the bridge between design, engineering, construction, and network deployment, driving milestones and accountability.

The ideal candidate has deep data center networking fluency, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, multi-team dynamics in a fast-paced environment. Remote work options limited to required travel.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project/program management for data center deployment.
• Experience managing $1M–$10M portfolios with multiple workstreams.
• Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain deployment milestone trackers from cable start to Production Ready.
• Lead cross-functional New Build calls and publish weekly updates.
• Coordinate hardware delivery SLAs and logistics across sites.
• Escalate blockers to senior leadership and drive resolution.
