Job summary

Astreya seeks a Data Center New Build Deployment Enablement Manager to coordinate network infrastructure deployments from cable start to Production Ready across multiple sites. This role bridges Design, Engineering, Construction and Deployment teams, maintaining the deployment tracker and leading weekly coordination calls.

You will lead cross-functional teams, escalate blockers to senior leadership, manage 2–4 sites concurrently, handle hardware delivery SLAs, and contribute to process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field with 8+ years in data center deployment.
• Experience in data center construction phases (foundation, cable start, TFO, commissioning, network turn-up).
• Strong understanding of data center network infrastructure and production network layers.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain New Build Deployment Tracker from Cable Start to Production Ready (PR).
• Lead or co-lead New Build calls for data centers, across multiple sites.
• Escalate blockers to senior leadership and manage SEVs for deployment blockers.
• Coordinate deployment across 2–4 simultaneous sites, track hardware delivery SLAs and logistics.
• Influence cross-functional partners to commit to dates and milestones.
