Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a senior DNE Deployment Enablement Manager to translate approved network designs into executable data center deployments across multiple sites. You will own end-to-end delivery for front-end fabric deployments, new builds, retrofits, and capacity expansions, coordinating across engineering, logistics, and operations.

The role emphasizes leadership without direct authority, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, and risk mitigation to deliver fleet-scale results

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program or portfolio management experience in data centers, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale physical infrastructure.
• Ability to build roadmaps, integrated schedules, readiness gates, risk registers, and measurable delivery commitments.
• Strong executive communication skills with concise updates and leadership readouts.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution from intake through kickoff, material delivery, field installation, provisioning, validation, handoff, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules across multiple engineering, deployment, and operations teams.
• Lead kickoff calls, weekly execution reviews, milestone checks, and escalation paths with clear owners and due dates.
• Drive stage-gate completion and ensure timely, complete handoffs to downstream teams.
• Maintain readiness gates, documentation, and acceptance criteria for deployments and scope changes.
