Job summary

Astreya is seeking a New Build Deployment Enablement Manager with deep Data Center network fluency to coordinate milestones from cable start to Production Ready. You will connect Design, Engineering, Construction and Deployment teams and escalate blockers to leadership.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional calls, maintaining the deployment tracker, and driving on-schedule delivery across multiple sites, while managing risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center/network deployment projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams to meet milestones.
• Strong communication and leadership in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain deployment milestones from Cable Start to Production Ready (PR).
• Lead weekly New Build coordination calls with cross-functional teams.
• Track dependencies across network layers and integrate construction schedules.
• Escalate blockers and communicate risks to senior leadership.
• Coordinate deployment across 2–4 simultaneous data center sites.
