Job summary

Envista is seeking a Territory Representative to drive sales in dental clinics and labs across Grand Junction and surrounding areas. You will develop plans, access customer needs, present Nobel Biocare products and services, and expand market presence with strategic marketing initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree preference, 2+ years in sales or clinical roles in dental/medical devices, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage travel and budgeting within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of achievement-oriented sales or customer facing clinical experience; dental or medical device is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to digest, verbalize highly technical product/clinical information.
• Demonstrated professional sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers; present products, solutions and services.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends; plan activity to meet goals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and satisfaction; promote marketing activities.
• Identify prospective customers and convert them from competition to a new customer.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files and records for team access.
• Stay informed on products, technologies and competition to guide strategies.
• Manage travel schedule and territory routing; work within budget.
