Job summary

You will travel to meet customers, develop strategies, and collaborate with vendors to achieve growth and deliver a superior customer experience.

The role requires proactive sales skills, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.
• Possess a dependable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel in assigned territory daily and some overnight travel.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel and make regular face-to-face sales calls to maintain customer relationships and sales growth.
• Prospect to drive profitable growth, add new accounts, and build relationships.
• Lead sales activities with assigned customers and coordinate with equipment specialists and vendors.
• Partner with vendor reps to learn products and attend meetings and trainings.
• Identify business needs and leverage Benco offerings for customer-focused solutions.
