Job summary

Nobel Biocare is seeking a Territory Representative to drive sales and service goals across dental clinics and labs within the assigned region, promoting Nobel Biocare products and solutions to existing and potential customers.

You will develop a sales plan, analyze territory trends, and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. A 3–5 year track record in medical-device sales and the ability to drive are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of achievement-oriented sales experience in medical devices.
• Must be able to drive a car.
• Ability to digest and verbalize highly technical product information.
• Demonstrated professional sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, presenting products, solutions and services.
• Analyze territory sales trends and plan activities to meet sales goals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and grow core business.
• Identify prospective customers and convert competitors’ customers.
• Develop relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files accessible across the organization.
• Report product issues or competitive strategies to management.
• Stay informed on products, technologies and industry information and apply it strategically.
• Travel and manage territory within budget; complete admin paperwork.
• Participate in trade shows and company meetings; support education programs.
