Job summary

Desort, a dental-focused recruitment firm, seeks a Dental Business Development & Recruitment Sales Specialist to build relationships with dental practices nationwide from a fully remote role with a flexible schedule. You will drive new business, identify hiring needs, and sell recruitment services, earning uncapped commissions based on successful placements.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or account management.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or a recruitment agency.
• Experience selling recruitment or staffing services is highly valuable.
• Cold calling and speaking with dental practice owners and decision-makers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, and online prospecting.
• Spanish/English bilingual is not required but valuable.

Responsibilities

• Prospect dental practices and identify new business opportunities.
• Contact practice owners, managers, executives, and hiring decision-makers.
• Identify hiring needs and introduce recruitment solutions.
• Sell recruitment and staffing services and generate new clients.
