Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Regional Hygiene Recruiter to source and place dental hygienists across our supported offices. This is a remote role that emphasizes networking, candidate screening, and strong relationships with hiring managers in the region.

You will manage the applicant lifecycle from sourcing to offer, coordinate events, maintain the ATS, and contribute to building a strong pipeline of passive candidates. Two+ years recruiting experience and ATS familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of recruiting experience required.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with an ATS required.
• Minimum 2 years experience sourcing passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist in the applicant lifecycle from sourcing to offer letter.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screening, and build the company brand.
• Provide honest feedback and ensure new hires are a fit for supported teams.
• Exhibit strong knowledge and maintenance of the ATS (applicant tracking system).
• Coordinate and attend career fairs, open houses, trade shows and other events.
