Job summary

Desort is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive new business in the dental recruitment space. This fully remote role targets dental practices across the U.S., focusing on outbound prospecting, outreach to decision-makers, and selling recruitment services.

You will partner with our recruiting team to identify hiring needs, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into clients, all while enjoying flexible scheduling and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong ability to identify and reach the right decision-makers.
• Persistent and confident with follow-ups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Recruitment/staffing sales experience is highly preferred.
• Dental industry experience is a plus.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect dental practices nationwide and identify new business opportunities.
• Reach practice owners, office managers, HR leaders, and hiring decision-makers.
• Cold call, email, use LinkedIn, and conduct consistent outbound outreach.
• Introduce and sell Desort's recruitment and staffing services.
• Identify hiring needs and convert prospects into new clients.
• Follow up consistently and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Build long-term relationships with dental practices.
• Work with our recruiting team to support client hiring needs.
