Job summary

Desort, a dental recruitment and staffing firm, seeks a results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our client base nationwide. This remote role emphasizes prospecting, outreach to decision-makers, and selling recruitment services to dental practices.

You will build a robust pipeline, master outbound strategies, and collaborate with our recruiting team to fulfill client hiring needs, all with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong ability to identify and reach the right decision-makers.
• Persistent and confident with follow-ups.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect dental practices nationwide and identify new opportunities.
• Reach practice owners, office managers, HR leaders, and hiring decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach via email/LinkedIn.
• Introduce and sell Desort's recruitment and staffing services.
• Identify client hiring needs and convert prospects into new clients.
• Maintain a pipeline and timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Build long-term relationships with dental practices.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to support client hiring needs.
