DESORT STAFFING is seeking a motivated Dental Recruitment Business Development Representative. This remote, nationwide role focuses on prospecting dental practices, reaching decision-makers, and selling recruitment services for uncapped commissions.

You will identify hiring needs, manage a pipeline, and build long-term relationships with dental practices while collaborating with our recruiting team to meet client hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing.
• Comfortable with cold-calling and outbound prospecting.
• Ability to identify and reach the right decision-makers.
• Persistent with follow-ups and strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect dental practices nationwide and identify new business opportunities.
• Reach practice owners, office managers, HR leaders, and hiring decision-makers.
• Engage via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach to generate clients.
• Introduce and sell Desort’s recruitment and staffing services.
• Identify hiring needs and convert prospects into clients.

About Desort

Desort is a recruitment and staffing firm specializing in the dental industry. We help dental practices nationwide find qualified professionals and are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our client base.

This is a sales-focused position centered on prospecting, reaching hiring decision-makers, selling recruitment services, and generating new business.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect dental practices nationwide and identify new business opportunities
• Reach practice owners, office managers, HR leaders, and hiring decision-makers
• Cold call, email, use LinkedIn, and conduct consistent outbound outreach
• Introduce and sell Desort’s recruitment and staffing services
• Identify hiring needs and convert prospects into new clients
• Follow up consistently and manage a pipeline of prospects
• Build long-term relationships with dental practices
• Work with our recruiting team to support client hiring needs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Strong ability to identify and reach the right decision-makers
• Persistent and confident with follow-ups
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Experience with LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems
• Recruitment/staffing sales experience is highly preferred
• Dental industry experience is a plus
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus

Compensation

Commission-only. No base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation.

Earnings are based on successful business generated.
