Job summary

Desort, a dental recruitment specialist, seeks a remote Business Development Representative to grow the client base nationwide. This commission-only role focuses on prospecting, reaching decision-makers, and selling recruitment services.

Successful candidates will build a robust pipeline and foster long-term relationships with dental practices. The position offers uncapped earnings and a flexible schedule, with training and support from Desort.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing.
• Skilled at cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate new business.
• Able to identify and reach hiring decision-makers across dental practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect dental practices nationwide and identify new business opportunities.
• Reach practice owners, office managers, HR leaders, and hiring decision-makers.
• Cold call, email, use LinkedIn, and conduct consistent outbound outreach.
• Introduce and sell Desort's recruitment and staffing services.
• Identify hiring needs and convert prospects into new clients.
• Follow up consistently and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Build long-term relationships with dental practices.
• Work with our recruiting team to support client hiring needs.
